Knowledge

We believe that knowledge is power and that self-sufficiency is an asset.

Tradition

We believe in slowing down, getting our hands down in the dirt, and learning how to make and do the things our grandmothers and grandfathers knew how to make and do.

The Process

We believe in appreciating the time, resources, and processes that go into making the products we enjoy and use.

Community

We believe in the collective – the sharing of information and resources for the betterment of the whole community.

With this in mind, we offer a constantly-evolving selection of classes, workshops, discussions, and other maker events here at our Work+Shop in the pursuit of building self-sufficiency, practical capacity, and community. We hope you’ll come meet us at one of the events below!

LGBTQ+ History Month Discussion and Celebration

    6:30pm - 8pm5641 S. Nevada St. Littleton, CO 80120

As is true for other marginalized groups, "American History" can't be understood completely without understanding the contributions of our LGBTQAI+ ancestors.  It's a history that has been left out of school textbooks, but can be easily found if you know where to look. This event is for members of the queer community and their friends, parents, and other allies.  All are welcome who wish to learn more about the important contributions by LGTQAI+ folks to major historical events and periods, as well as meet other queers and allies.  Wherever you are on your journey to learning a more complete picture of our shared past, please join us! A portion of each ticket supports queer youth in our community.
