It is critical that we practice sustainable self care – habits and rituals that are not only carbon-light, but also are sustainable within our lives… affordable, simple, nourishing, affirming, self-loving, and compassionate. In this workshop, you will learn to deal with some of the negative impacts of climate compassion, and restore yourself with affirmations and physical self-care that helps you care for yourself so that you can care for the earth.
